The following documents are required for approval of name, only if required

  • – NOC of Trademark Owner, if any

  • – Copy of Self-attested PAN
  • – Copy of Self-attested Address Proof
  • – Photo of the Applicant
  • – Valid E-mail ID of the Applicant
  • – Valid Mobile Number of the Applicant
  1. For DIN (Director Identification Number) Application
The following documents/details are required for DIN requirement under Spice
  • – Self-attested PAN of the applicant
  • – Self-attested ID proof apart from PAN
  • – Self-attested copy of Utility bill not older than 2 months
  • – Occupation
  • – Education Qualification
  • – Place of Birth
  • – Duration of stay at the current address
  1. For Company Incorporation
  • – ID proof and Address Proof of the Promoters
  • – Authorized Capital and the proportion of contribution
  • – Objects of the Company
  • – Utility bill for registered office of the Company
  • – Proof of ownership along with NOC of the owner
  • – ID and Address Proof Applicant
  • – Declaration by the First Subscriber and the Directors of the Company
  • – In the case of Foreign Subscribers, MOA and AOA in hard copies
Special tips
  • – All the documents need to be self-attested by the applicant.
  • – The address proof of the applicant or registered office need not be older than two months.
  • – All documents annexed should be clear and legible.
  • – The object should be lawful. Any object which requires prior approval of any regulator, then such approval should be properly obtained
  • – Object should not include any activity which is already prohibited under any law for the time being in force.
