Micro Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) registration (also known as “Udyog Aadhaar”) is a registration to identify the MSME and to promote and protect them to survive in the competitive business world. This protection and promotion of such business is done by way of providing them with additional facility in the form of subsidy, relaxation and exemption by the Government. Udyog Aadhar is a 12 digit unique number allotted to an MSME for identification. This is also known as “Business Aadhaar”. Udyog Aadhaar is applicable for Enterprise engaged itself in manufacturing or rendering services.
